Thank you for visiting our online shop. Please note that Ponti Home accepts exchanges and returns of unwanted items within 30 days of purchase as long as your item is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and with proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email confirmation. If the item meets our conditions for a return, then your refund will be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed, although during busy periods this may vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank and contact your credit card company. Also, please feel free to get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Please note that only non-sale priced items will be refunded. Sale items are a final sale.
Ponti Home will happily exchange items within 30 days of purchase as long as the proof of purchase is presented and the items are returned in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and have all their tags attached.
If in the rare occasion your item is faulty, you can get in touch with us to request a replacement or ask for a refund by dropping us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and sending your item to the address shown at the bottom of the page.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will mail you a gift certificate with store credit for the value of your return once we receive your item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver instead. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse gift certificates.

Kindly note that Point Home does not cover shipping costs for the item. The shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary but we will send you email notifications along the way.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so you can guarantee that we receive your returned item.
